Free Wrap & Sign Quotes
Every vehicle, every fleet, every design is a little different. So every quote we give is custom — and free. Here’s how we figure a fair price.
Why We Don’t Publish a Price List
Vinyl work pricing depends on too many things for a flat rate to be honest. Vehicle size, coverage type (lettering vs. partial vs. full), vinyl tier, design complexity, color count, fleet size, and access all move the number. A $200 set of magnetic door signs and a $6,000 full cargo trailer wrap can’t live on the same price list.
So we do the next-best thing: we look at the job (or talk through it on the phone), recommend the right approach, and give you a written quote. Free, no obligation, no pressure.
What Affects the Price
- Vehicle size — small car vs. full-size truck vs. cargo van vs. trailer
- Coverage — magnetic signs, vinyl lettering, partial wrap, full wrap
- Vinyl tier — standard cast, premium cast, specialty finishes (matte, chrome, color-shift)
- Color/design complexity — single-color cut vinyl is cheapest; multi-color printed graphics cost more
- Custom design work — if we’re designing from scratch vs. you bringing ready artwork
- Fleet count — per-vehicle pricing drops on fleets of 3+ getting matching branding
- Removal of existing wrap — line item if we’re replacing an existing wrap
- Disassembly — full wraps usually need mirror caps, door handles, and sometimes badges removed
- Surface prep — if paint needs cleaning or panel needs touch-up before wrap
What to Expect From a Quote
- You call or message us. Tell us vehicle make/model/year, what you want done, fleet count if more than one, and rough timeline.
- We assess. For local jobs, drop by the shop or send photos. For fleet work, we can come on-site for the walk-through.
- We recommend an approach. Sometimes we’ll suggest a different scope than what you asked for if it’ll save money or work better.
- We give a written quote. All items listed: vinyl, design, install, removal of existing (if applicable), and total.
- You decide. No pressure either way.
- We schedule. Wraps need vinyl ordered after deposit (typically 1–2 week lead time on materials).
Payment Terms
For full wraps and larger jobs: half at scheduling, balance on completion (we have to order custom vinyl after deposit). For smaller jobs and recurring fleet additions: payment on completion. Commercial accounts run on net-30. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Fleet & Recurring Accounts
For property managers, contractors, utility companies, and any operator with multiple vehicles or recurring branding needs, we set up annual accounts with master pricing, file templates on record, and net-30 invoicing. Add a new truck to the fleet? Same template, same colors, fast turn-around.
